Website Care Plans are for clients who have a Stratovate website. They are selected during the website project and begin after launch so your site stays online, secure, backed up, and professionally maintained.

Website Care is attached to website projects.
Website Care is required after a Stratovate website is built or adopted. It covers hosting, uptime, security, backups, technical maintenance, and website updates. Business Growth Plans are separate and cover consulting, AI, SOPs, outreach, operations, and strategy support.

Single update requests
One-off website update requests are $100 each. Care plans are designed to give clients a better value while helping Stratovate plan recurring work.
Important: Managed Website Department covers reasonable website update requests. Major redesigns, new websites, custom software, large content builds, or major scope changes are quoted separately.

What counts as an update?
Clear expectations protect both sides.
Included update examples
Change hours, add photos, update prices, edit text, add a new service, update staff, swap images, add a banner, or fix broken links.
Not included as simple updates
Full redesigns, new websites, advanced booking systems, custom software, paid ads, logo design, photography, or large SEO campaigns.
How requests work
Clients email requests. Stratovate reviews, confirms details if needed, completes the update, and sends confirmation once complete.
