Questions before you start?
Here are the answers clients usually need before booking a call, requesting a website, or choosing a service.
Website Builds
How much does a website start at?
Landing pages start at $150. Small business websites start at $350. Final pricing depends on page count, content readiness, copywriting, integrations, booking/payment needs, SEO depth, and timeline.
Can I just paste my current website?
Yes. If you already have a website, paste the current link in the Website Builder and add notes about what you want changed. You do not need to retype everything from scratch.
Do I need photos, logo, and copy ready?
No, but having them helps. If you do not have everything ready, tell us what you have and what still needs to be created.
Website Care Plans
Do I have to choose a Website Care Plan?
Yes. Every Stratovate website requires a care plan after launch. The lowest plan is Essential Care at $60/month and includes hosting, monitoring, backup, and 1 website update per month.
Can someone buy Website Care without a website?
No. Website Care is only for clients who have a Stratovate website or a website Stratovate agrees to maintain. If you do not need website maintenance, use Business Growth Plans or a one-time service instead.
What counts as an update?
Examples include changing hours, updating text, swapping photos, adding a service, updating prices, adding a banner, or fixing broken links. Full redesigns, custom software, new websites, or large SEO campaigns are quoted separately.
Booking and Payment
What is the $10 Strategy Session?
It is a 20-minute call to understand your business, clarify the problem, and recommend the best next step. The $10 is credited toward any Stratovate project over $100.
Do I pay before the call?
Once Stripe is connected, bookings will require payment before confirmation.
What happens after I submit a form?
Stratovate reviews your details and follows up with a recommendation, questions, or next steps before any project begins.
Services and Support
What if I do not know what I need?
Use Build Your Solution, submit your current problem, or book a Strategy Session. Stratovate will recommend the highest-ROI next step, even if that means starting smaller.
How are Website Care and Business Growth different?
Website Care keeps a website live, maintained, and updated. Business Growth Plans support consulting, AI, SOPs, operations, outreach, documentation, and strategy.
Can I request multiple services?
Yes. Build Your Solution allows multiple services and applies bundle discounts: 2 services receive 5% off, 3 services receive 7% off, and 4 or more receive 10% off.
