Policies

Clear expectations before work begins.

These policies explain how Stratovate approaches consultations, project scope, payment, revisions, AI usage, privacy, accessibility, and ongoing support.

Consultation Policy

Consultations are used to understand the business, identify pain points, recommend practical solutions, explain likely scope, and agree on next steps. The $10 consultation fee is credited toward projects over $100 when the project moves forward.

Project Scope

Every project should include a clear summary of the problem, recommended solution, deliverables, timeline, pricing explanation, assumptions, and next steps. Work outside the approved scope may require a revised quote.

Pricing & Payment

Listed prices are starting points unless a fixed quote is provided in writing. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, urgency, content readiness, integrations, revisions, and technical requirements. Payment terms are confirmed before work begins.

Timeline & Client Responsibilities

Standard delivery is usually 3–5 business days depending on scope. Timelines may change if required content, access, approvals, feedback, brand materials, or third-party account information is delayed.

Revisions

Revision expectations are defined per project. Revisions should relate to the approved scope. Major direction changes, new pages, new deliverables, additional copy, new integrations, or strategy changes may require additional pricing.

Website Ownership, Hosting & Domain Support

Website ownership, hosting, domain management, maintenance, and access responsibilities are confirmed before launch. If Stratovate is not managing hosting or domain settings, the client is responsible for maintaining those accounts and renewals.

AI Usage & Human Review

Stratovate may use AI tools to support drafting, organization, research preparation, workflow design, and productivity. AI outputs should be reviewed by a human before final use, especially for legal, financial, medical, technical, compliance, or customer-facing decisions.

No Fabricated Claims

Stratovate does not invent testimonials, reviews, certifications, awards, statistics, guarantees, or business results. Clients are responsible for providing accurate proof, credentials, and claims they want included in public materials.

Privacy

Information submitted through forms, email, consultation requests, or project communication is used for business communication, project planning, service delivery, and client support. Stratovate does not sell client information to advertisers.

Accessibility Statement

Stratovate aims to provide a clean, usable, mobile-friendly website experience. If a visitor has trouble accessing information, they can contact Stratovate directly for assistance.

Limitations

Stratovate provides business consulting, website, document, AI workflow, outreach, and operations support. Stratovate does not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial advice unless specifically stated in a written agreement with appropriately qualified professionals.
